What are DotRyt tokens?

Our tokens power our highly trained GovCon AI to help you reduce the amount of human hours your company is using to compete for contract opportunities.

How are DotRyt Tokens Calculated?

The more information that has to be analyzed, the more it costs in tokens. For example: If a contract has multiple attachments and hundreds of pages of information that needs to be analyzed, It would cost more tokens than a contract with one or two attachments and only 50 pages to analyze. The more time you save in human hours, the more it costs in tokens. Our tokens are still significantly more affordable than paying someone!

How to purchase more tokens and increase the amount of bids you send out?

All tokens must be purchased from DotRyt.Shop.

Do DotRyt tokens reset every month?

Yes, you will receive 75k DotRyt Tokens with a monthly license, and 100k monthly DotRyt Tokens with the annual license. These will reset every month. Tokens that are allocated will not carry over, but token packages that you buy will carry over.

Can multiple people use the same Log in credentials?

No, every user will have to register and purchase a license.

How to update company information in our platform?

Go to DotProfile in the bottom left corner of the software to edit your company information.

How to upload compliance documents in the platform?

Our AI analyzes the contracts and lists all the possibilities of being compliant or not. There is an option to upload compliance documents for every subject it lists, but in many cases you will not need to upload them. Make sure to include your company compliance documents in your email to the contracting officer, or in the contract platform it asks you to submit on. This part cannot be done by AI.

How to analyze attachments for some agencies that don’t list attachments directly on Sam.Gov?

For security reasons we cannot automatically pull the attachments directly from the agency portal, but you can download them and upload them into our attachment analysis on the left side of the screen. A pop up should give you a link where you can manually download them onto your computer. Once you upload them, click “Run Analysis” and you can continue through that RFP.

How to submit a tech support ticket?

Please visit our tech support page and submit a ticket through there. Our engineering team will reach out to help you as soon as possible.

How to edit the final price to the government after running financials?

This can be done after generating the proposal. Download it using the DocX button, and you can edit the proposal in Microsoft Word.
