Ryan spent nearly two decades in executive leadership at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, at the center of how the world's largest organizations actually run, and where their technology falls short. He founded DotRyT to build what he could not buy: AI-native systems that run the mission, not just record it.
He is the sole inventor of DefenseRyT, DotRyT's patent-pending sensing platform, which he conceived, engineered, and validated from first principles. Today he sets the company's vision and leads its strategy, product, and technology.
Dorothy co-founded DotRyT and runs its finance and operations. As a disaster and emergency response coordinator, she served as the primary coordination point for multiple Florida municipalities, working directly with police, fire, emergency services, municipal leadership, and FEMA to build and run disaster preparedness, emergency response, and recovery, the very people and mission DefenseRyT is built to serve.
She is a GovCon subject-matter expert and an active government contractor, and a serial entrepreneur who has launched and operated multiple businesses. Her operating strengths run across restaurants, consumer products, and scalable execution, turning plans into things that actually run.
Dorothy brings the heart to DotRyT. Her background in emergency response and government keeps the company grounded in the people it serves, and her operations experience keeps it running.
Samir co-founded DotRyT and leads its growth, brand, and go-to-market. He is the public voice of the company's mission to put DefenseRyT in the hands of the agencies and first responders who need it, and drives the partnerships that carry it into the field.
